Hot Honey Bourbon Glaze

  • ½ cup hot honey (or extra hot)

  • ½ cup bourbon

  • 1 tablespoon smooth Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar

  • Juice of 1 orange, about 1/4 cup

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
