Pulled Pork Belly, and a Cookbook!

Pulled Pork Belly, your next sandwich.

? Yup, it's a thing. Smoked low and slow, this crispy and juicy pork belly shred into delicious strands of fatty goodness. Think about how delicious

are, but place them on a sandwich.

These were spicy sandwiches, topped with 

Korean Honey Mustard

. Here's the recipe:

  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, smooth

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon water (more as needed)

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. It should be a similar consistency of ketchup. Add water as needed to thin it out. Taste and adjust.
